Our 250-Bed Hospital

Sushrutha Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital, a pioneer institute for quality Ayurveda education as well as Ayurveda treatment, was established in the year 2002 in Bengaluru. To fulfill the great vision of its trustees, the college had been relocated to the campus of S-VYASA ‘PRASHANTHI KUTIRAM’ in the year 2012. The institution witnessed a breakthrough in its development in infrastructure and in many other disciplines of Ayurveda as well. Students aspiring to become Ayurvedic doctors from all over the world have preferred the services of Sushrutha.

The college provides a hostel for its students, with all the necessary facilities. There are well-equipped laboratories for each of the departments. The institution also renders a well cultivated library which provides for better learning with a wide range of publications of medical and nursing books, journals and articles both from National and International level. The institution also provides a digital library which helps in updating the knowledge of the students with the latest developments and researches done in the medical and Ayurvedic fields.

The institution also runs a hospital with the base of Ayurveda. The hospital would be useful for the training of the students. The institution also caters to a herbal garden with over 200 different species of many medicinal plants used by students for their studies and research purposes. The alluring 100-acre campus is located 30 km away from central Bengaluru, near the Bannerghatta National Park.
