PRASUTI TANTRA AND STREE ROGA CAMP REPORT

A free General Health checkup camp for women was conducted from the department of prasuti tantra and stree roga. It was scheduled for 15 days from 15th to 30th of March 2021. 

The camp was inaugurated on 15th at 11AM by Principal DR. Sangamitra Patnaik, HOD of Prasutitantra department Dr. M.R.Kulkarni, Head of Hospital services Dr. Ramareddy, Deputy medical superintendent Dr. Vasudev Vaidya.

All faculty members, RMO, internees and students were present during the event.

A good number of patients took the benefit of the camp. Some gynecological conditions like Bartholin’s cyst, PCOS, Infertility, Infective Vaginal Discharges were encountered and treatment we’re planned accordingly. Special Local Therapies like Uttara basti, Yoni Prakshalana, Yoni pichu, Yoni lepana were conducted.
