The CME was organised in the serene Campus of SAMC&H, Bengaluru and S-VYASA, Bengaluru.
The CME had a series of guest lectures from eminent scholars from all over India and was attended by the faculty of Dravyaguna from various Ayurveda colleges across India.

On the eve of “International day of Yoga-2022” and Azadi ki Amrit Mahotsav, as per instructions received from the department of AYUSH, various events like workshops,lectures,Yoga demonstration,etc are conducted

With this regard, the Department of Swasthavritta in association with the NSS wing of SAMC, conducted a Yoga workshop on the topic “Stress management through Cyclic meditation” by Dr.Vasudeva Vaidya,DMS SAMC&H for all the staff and third year students.

The session began with prayer and a small introduction about how a few minutes of Yoga during the day can be a great way to get rid of stress that accumulates daily, in both, body and the mind. The Cyclic meditation started with warming up and stretching which were followed by a series of QRT (Quick relaxation technique) ,Asanas like Ardhakati chakrasana, Shashankasana, Ardha Ushtrasana and DRT (Deep relaxation technique).

The session ended with a concluding remarks by Dr.Shrinidhi .The session was very refreshing, reviving and relaxing
