Vision
To ensure continuous quality enhancement in academic, clinical, and administrative performance through the institutionalization of best practices and a learner-centric environment.
Mission
- To develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in overall institutional performance.
- To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture.
- To ensure timely, efficient, and progressive implementation of quality benchmarks.
- To facilitate participatory management through structured feedback mechanisms.
- To document and disseminate quality practices and institutional achievements.
Aims and Objectives
The IQAC works towards:
- Develop and apply quality benchmarks/parameters for various academic, clinical, and administrative activities of the institution.
- Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of the institutional vision and strategic plans.
- Facilitate the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and holistic development.
- Establish a structured 360-degree feedback system involving students, faculty, alumni, and other stakeholders.
- Promote systematic documentation of all activities leading to quality improvement and institutional excellence.
- Coordinate quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of best practices.
- Act as a nodal agency for quality assurance initiatives and institutional accreditation processes.
