Our flagship program, the BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), offers a comprehensive curriculum that covers the fundamentals of Ayurveda as prescribed by NCISM (National Commission for Indian System of Medicine). The course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to practice Ayurveda and serve patients with compassion and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria:
For General, Management, and Institutional Preference Candidates:
- Educational Qualification: To be eligible for admission, candidates should have passed the PUC or 10+2 equivalent examination. recognized by State or Central bodies with at least: 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) taken together (For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the minimum required percentage is 40% in PCB it is applicable for Karnataka students and All India Quota students )
- Admission: All admissions to BAMS seats will be done through NEET in coordination with KEA.
- Age Criteria: The candidate should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
- Non-Karnataka Candidates must obtain an eligibility certificate from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences before the admission process.
- Tulu-speaking minority candidates must provide a certificate from the appropriate authorities.
For Non-Karnataka & CBSE (10+2) Candidates:
- Candidates who have completed 10+2 from CBSE Board or are Non-Karnataka residents should secure an Eligibility Certificate from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, before proceeding with the admission process.
- Students who have completed 10+2 outside India should apply for a Foreign Eligibility Certificate from the University before admission. For further details, visit www.rguhs.ac.in for online application.
- Non-Karnataka students must also obtain a Migration Certificate from the respective state authorities before seeking admission.
For NRI / NRI Sponsored Candidates:
- NRI and NRI-sponsored candidates should obtain an Eligibility Certificate from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences before seeking admission.
- Additionally, candidates should obtain clearance from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi, the Local Police Commissioner, and their respective foreign embassy.
